Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way to burn my candle?

Make sure that any debris is cleared from the candle before burning and wick is centered. Trim the wick to 1/4" before every lighting to avoid the wick from curling. We recommend burning your candle until the wax melts evenly across the container, not exceeding 4 hours. Waiting until there is an even wax pool will help avoid candle tunneling where wax can build up around the sides of the container. This will help with the life of the candle. To extinguish, gently blow out the candle flame or use a wick snuffer.

What are in your candles?

Our candles are made made with a coconut and soy wax blend a clean, eco-friendly burn. All candles use a lead-free cotton wick and high quality fragrance and/or essential oils with no additives or dyes. The blend of coconut and soy wax and our fragrance oils creates an aroma that fills up a space without being overpowering. We want our candles to enhance your home to create inviting spaces for everyday living.

Can I repurpose my candle container?

Yes! Our candle jars and tins are perfect vessels to be repurposed as planters, flower vases, catchalls, and so many other possibilities. When 1/2" of wax remains and you are ready to discontinue use, put the cooled candle into the freezer until wax is frozen. Once this happens, you can carefully chip the remaining wax and wick from the container.

Candle Safety Instructions

Remove all packaging and place on heat resistant surface before lighting.Trim wick to 1/4" before every lighting. For best results, burn until wax melts evenly across the container, not exceeding 4 hours. Allowing the wax to melt to the edges of the jar prevents tunneling. This is especially important on the first burn! Keep wick centered and free of foreign objects. Discontinue use when 1/2" wax remains. Lighting a candle without enough wax can overheat the jar. Never leave a burning candle unattended. To prevent injury, burn candle within sight. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn on or near anything that can catch fire, and avoid drafts.
